  1. Returns Eligibility: At Regal Collective, we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items that are returned in their original packaging. However, we do not issue refunds for items that have been used, worn, or damaged through normal use or misuse. 


  1. Damaged or Defective Items: In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the product. We may request photographic evidence of the damage or defect to facilitate the return process. Once approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the damaged or defective item, and we will gladly replace it for you.


  1. Incorrect Orders: If you receive an incorrect item in your order, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the package. We will work with you to arrange a return and issue a replacement.

     4. Non-Returnable Items: For the safety and well being of all our customers, certain items are non-returnable due to sanitary reasons. These include, but are not limited to, personal care products, cosmetics, intimate apparel, and any products that come into direct contact with the skin or body. All Discounted items are final sale. Please note personalised orders are non-returnable. Customised items are made specifically for you and therefore refunds and exchanges or cancellations are not applicable with these items. 


  1. Refunds Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and any return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

  1. Exchanges: As we do not accept returns for opened items due to sanitary reasons, we cannot process exchanges for such products. If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please follow the instructions under sections 2 and 3 for resolution.
