Please note that this timeframe is calculated from the date your order is shipped and may vary depending on your location and external factors such as customs clearance, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.  Custom Orders Require an extra 3-5 Business days.

Returned packages

The reason for the return is marked on your tracking. Items are returned to sender if:

  • The address does not exist \ incorrect address.
  • The item does not bear a sufficient address.
  • The addressee has moved without providing a forwarding address.
  • The item is refused by the addressee.
  • The package is not picked up from the post office
  • The customer was not home during the delivery or the item was not collected from the local post office.
  • Duty fee not paid 

We as the company are not responsible for returned packages due to the reasons listed above.
