Production & Fulfillment
All custom items from Regal Collective are handmade to order, crafted especially for you. Because each piece is made individually, production requires additional time before shipment.
• Custom items typically require 2–4 weeks for production, plus shipping time.
• This timeframe may be longer during periods of high demand or public holidays.
• Once your item is complete, it will be shipped using the method selected at checkout.

The shipping option chosen at checkout will be applied after production is finished.
For example, if you select Standard Shipping, your order will be shipped via Standard Shipping once it has been completed.

If your order includes both custom and ready-to-ship items:
• All products will be shipped together once the custom item is complete.
• To receive non-custom items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.

Orders ship from the warehouse where the item is available at the time of purchase. As a result, shipping origins may vary, and customers may receive packages from different locations.

Customer Responsibility
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, remains unclaimed, or is refused, additional reshipment fees may apply.

Returns & Cancellations
Because custom pieces are made specifically for you:
• Returns, exchanges, and cancellations are not applicable once production has begun.
This policy ensures fairness and quality for all customers.

Returned Packages
Returned packages will be marked with the reason on the tracking information. Items may be returned to sender if:
• The address is incorrect or does not exist
• The package does not contain sufficient address details
• The recipient has moved
• The package is refused by the recipient
• The package is not picked up from the post office
• Delivery was attempted but the customer was not available
• Duties or fees were not paid
Regal Collective is not responsible for returned packages due to the reasons listed above.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
All international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees determined by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Regal Collective does not cover or reimburse any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees imposed by local authorities or courier services.

Shipping & Delivery Policy
At Regal Collective, we are committed to ensuring your order is processed and shipped as smoothly as possible.
Once an order has been shipped, responsibility for the package transfers to the shipping carrier. When the courier marks a package as “Delivered”, the shipment is considered successfully completed.
Regal Collective is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages after they have been marked as delivered by the shipping courier.
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend:
• Checking around your property and with household members
• Checking with neighbors
• Contacting the shipping carrier directly to open an investigation
Shipping Protection
Customers have the option to purchase shipping protection at checkout. Shipping protection covers eligible lost or stolen packages during transit. If shipping protection is not purchased, Regal Collective is unable to offer replacements or refunds for packages marked as delivered.
